We were hired by Warner Music Group on behalf of Natalie Merchant to manage social media during the run-up and launch of her new album and documentary Paradise Is There: The New Tigerlily Recordings.
We worked with Natalie to define the broad strokes of the campaign, then worked with Warner Music Group to write, design, produce, and launch both organic and paid social media posts to her hundreds of thousands of fans on social media. Due to the high-profile nature of the project, all campaign materials went through several rounds of revisions, and had to be produced to the highest of standards. The campaign resulted in an avalanche of engagement from Natalie’s fans, who were unanimously excited for the new album release and subsequent sold-out tour.
